Legistify's Contract Management Tool integrates with DocuSign, allowing you to manage the full contract lifecycle -- from drafting and approval through to signing and execution -- without switching between tools.
What the Integration Enables
Send contracts for e-signing via DocuSign Create, review, and finalise contracts in Legistify CMT, then send them for e-signing via DocuSign directly from the platform.
Send contracts as DocuSign packets Standard template contracts are automatically populated with the necessary signing fields, allowing you to send them for signature with a single click.
Automatic sync of executed contracts Once a contract is signed via DocuSign, the executed copy is automatically updated in both Legistify CMT and DocuSign, removing the need for manual uploads.
Set a preferred e-signature service per contract type Configure a default e-signature service for each contract type in Legistify CMT based on your organisation's SOPs, so contracts are always routed through the correct signing platform.
