  • The Notice Management Tool incorporates a crucial feature known as "Maker Checker" alongside a "To Do" window, designed to enhance the accuracy and compliance of notices created within the system. This feature operates on one or more-person workflow, ensuring that every notice undergoes a thorough review before it is finalized.

What is a Maker Checker and To Do?

The process begins with one individual, referred to as the "Maker," who is responsible for drafting the notice. Once the notice is created, it does not immediately proceed to the final repository. Instead, it enters the "To Do" window, where it remains in a queue awaiting further action.

All the before approval notices from the Maker Checker will appear in this section.

Stages of Maker Checker

  1. At this stage, the responsibility shifts to the second individual, known as the "Checker" or "Maker Checker." The Maker Checker’s role is to meticulously review the notice for any discrepancies, errors, or areas requiring further refinement.

  2. If the Maker Checker is satisfied with the content and quality of the notice, they will approve it, allowing the notice to be transferred from the "To Do" window to the repository, where it is securely stored.

  3. However, if the Maker Checker identifies issues that need to be addressed, the notice will not be approved.

  4. In such cases, the notice remains within the "To Do" window, continuing to reside in the queue until the necessary corrections are made and it meets the required standards for approval.

  5. This systematic approach ensures that all notices are thoroughly vetted, maintaining a high level of quality control within the Notice Management Tool.

6. We will select the template in which we want the Maker Checker and after that below the notice template selection we will set the level of approvals that we want to get approved by.
