Role-Based Access Management

Users are assigned roles such as Admin, Business, Legal, and Others, with each role having specific access levels tailored to their responsibilities. Role-based access helps define user rights and ensures secure and efficient management within the Contract Management Tool.

Setting Up Role-Based Access

Follow these steps to establish user rights based on roles within your company:

  • Access Settings

    • Navigate to the "Settings" menu.

  • Go to Role-Based Access

    • Click on "Role-Based Access."

  • Choose User Roles

    • Users are categorized into distinct roles such as Admin, Business, Legal, and Others.

  • User Setting Name

    • All the different settings and actions available in the tool are listed on the left side of the page. Users can view these settings and assign access to different users based on their role.

  • Configure Access Rights

    • Grant varying levels of access to the tool according to user roles and responsibilities. This customization ensures each user can perform their duties efficiently while maintaining system security.

  • Toggle Access

    • Use the checkboxes to enable or disable rights for each role.

  • Save Changes

    • Click on "Save" to finalize the role-based access configurations.
