Overview

The Stamp Wallet gives you access to your full stamp management workflow in one place. You can view your current stamp inventory, purchase SHCIL or traditional stamps, upload stamps manually, track purchase requests, and review your wallet transaction history. It is accessible from the top navigation bar on any page in the platform.

How to Access the Stamp Wallet

Click the wallet icon in the top navigation bar. This opens the Stamp Wallet, which has three tabs: Stamp Inventory, Purchase Requests, and Transaction History.

Stamp Inventory

The Stamp Inventory tab is the default view. It displays a table of all stamps in your account grouped by state and denomination, with the following columns:

Click Open Stamp in the Actions column to view the individual stamps within that group. This opens a detailed view with four sub-tabs: Open, Reserved, Used, and Blocked. Each stamp entry shows the Stamps Number, Request ID, First Party Name, Second Party Type, Purpose, and Stamp Date, with options to download or view the stamp.

Click the Purchase Stamps button in the top-right corner of the Stamp Inventory tab. A panel will appear with two options.

Once submitted, the Legistify team will be notified and will reach out to procure the stamps on your behalf.

Uploading Stamps Manually

Click the Upload Stamp button in the top-right corner of the Stamp Inventory tab. A panel will appear with two options.

Single Upload -- use this to upload one stamp for a state.

Bulk Upload -- use this to upload multiple stamps of a single state with a common stamp duty.

Select the appropriate option and click Next to proceed.

Purchase Requests

The Purchase Requests tab shows a record of all stamp purchase requests raised from your account. The table includes the following columns: Stamp Details, Request ID, First Party, Second Party, Purpose, Requested On, Count, and Actions.

From the Actions column, you can:

  • Click the view (eye) icon to see the full details of a request.

  • Click Trail to view the activity trail for that request.

Requests with a Pending (2nd Party) badge are awaiting action from the second party before the stamp can be processed.

Transaction History

The Transaction History tab shows your Stamp Wallet balance and a full log of all wallet transactions. Your current balance is displayed in the top-right corner of the tab.

The table includes the following columns: Date, Reference Number, Remark, Amount, and Balance. Click the download icon in the top-right corner to export the transaction history.

Conclusion

The Stamp Wallet brings all stamp-related actions together under one icon in the navigation bar, removing the need to navigate through the Resources section. Use Stamp Inventory to monitor your available stamps, Purchase Stamps to order new ones, and Transaction History to keep track of wallet activity. Reach out to support if you need help with a pending request or a failed purchase.
