Procedure for e-Stamp (SHCIL) Procurement

  1. Wallet Pre-loading: The most important requirement for using this facility is to get your wallet pre-loaded with the desired balance. The functionality only works for pre-filled wallets and no line of credit will be provided. To pre-load your wallet, place an order with your Key Account Manager via email or call.

  2. Credit Addition: Upon receipt of payment, Legistify will add the corresponding credits to your Legistify Stamp Wallet.

  3. Purchasing Stamps: You can then purchase stamps when sending contracts for signature, or on demand via the Stamp Wallet using the credits available in your wallet.

Procedure for Traditional Stamp Procurement

  1. Client Request: Submit a request for stamps via email to your Key Account Manager, or directly from the platform, specifying the required information based on the state where the stamps are to be procured.

  2. Invoice Generation: Legistify will generate and send an invoice for the requested stamps.

  3. Payment: Once the invoice is cleared, Legistify will initiate the stamp procurement process.

  4. Loading Scanned Copies: Once procurement is complete, Legistify will upload all scanned copies of the stamps to your wallet and courier the physical copies to your desired location. You can start using the stamps from your wallet on demand in the meantime.

Additional Notes

  • Turnaround times are based on standard processing and may vary depending on specific circumstances.

  • Ensure all required information is accurate and complete to avoid delays in the procurement process.

Conclusion

Legistify supports both e-Stamp and Traditional stamp procurement to cover a wide range of states and use cases. Pre-loading your wallet in advance is essential for e-Stamp orders, while Traditional stamp orders follow an invoice-based process with physical delivery. Contact your Key Account Manager if you need help with a procurement request or have questions about state-specific requirements.
