Procedure for e-Stamp (SHCIL) Procurement:

  1. Wallet Balance: The most important requirement for availing this facility is to get your wallet pre loaded with the desired balance. The functionality only works for pre filled wallets and no line of credit will be given on the same. You can place the order of pre filling your wallet with your key account manager via email or call

  2. Credit Addition: Upon receipt of payment, Legistify will add the corresponding credits to the client’s Legistify stamp wallet.

  3. Client Request: You can then purchase stamps on the fly when you are sending contracts for signature or you could also do the same via our resources section on demand using the credits available in your wallet

Procedure for Traditional Stamp Procurement:

  1. Client Request: The client submits a request for stamps via email to their Key Account Manager (KAM) or directly from the platform's resource section, specifying the required information based on the state where the stamps are to be procured

  2. Invoice Generation: Legistify will then generate and send an invoice to you for the requested stamps

  3. Payment: Post clearance of the invoice, Legistify will initiate the process of stamp procurement

  4. Loading Scanned Copies: Once procurement is done, Legistify will upload all scanned copies of these stamps in your wallet and also courier the physical ones to your desired location. You can simply start using these stamps from your wallet on demand in the meantime

Additional Notes

  • Turnaround Times (TAT): The turnaround times mentioned for procurement and delivery are based on standard processing times and may vary depending on specific circumstances.

  • Compliance: Ensure all required information is accurate and complete to facilitate a smooth and timely procurement process.

By following these procedures, clients can efficiently procure the required stamp papers, ensuring compliance with relevant state regulations and avoiding delays.
