The Contract Management platform includes several built-in features designed to improve navigation, collaboration, and user experience. This article covers three key features; Calendly integration, App Switch Grid, and Profile Settings to help you manage meetings, switch between applications, and maintain your account details efficiently.

Calendly Integration (Book a Meeting)

The Calendly integration allows you to quickly schedule meetings with the Legistify team without leaving the platform.

Steps to Book a Meeting

1. Open Profile Menu

Click on your profile icon at the top-right corner of the screen.

2. Select Book a Meeting

From the dropdown menu, click on Book a Meeting.

3. Choose Date and Time

You will be redirected to the Calendly booking page. Select a convenient date and time, then click Next.

4. Enter Your Details and Schedule the Event

Fill in your name, email address, and any additional details required. Click on Schedule Event to confirm the meeting. Your meeting will be successfully scheduled and shared via email.

App Switch Grid

The App Switch Grid allows you to easily navigate between different applications available within your organisation’s Legistify suite.

Steps to Use the App Switch Grid

1. Open the App Switch Grid

Click on the grid icon located at the top-right corner of the screen.


2. View Available Applications

A list of applications enabled for your organisation will appear.


3. Switch Between Apps

Click on any application to instantly switch to it.

Note: Apps that are not subscribed to by the user’s organisation will be locked and inaccessible.

Profile Settings

Profile Settings allow you to view and update your personal and organization-related details.

Steps to Edit Profile Details

1. Open Profile Menu

Click on your profile icon at the top-right corner of the screen.


2. Select My Account

From the dropdown menu, click on My Account.


3. View Profile Details

You will be redirected to the Profile Details page displaying your information.


4. Edit Your Information

You can update details such as:

  • First Name and Last Name

  • Mobile Number and WhatsApp Number

  • Work Email

  • Organization Name

  • Address, State, and PIN Code

  • Profile picture

5. Save Changes

Click on Save to apply the updates to your profile.
