Overview
The top navigation bar in the Litigation Management Tool includes two key features: the App Switch Grid and the Profile Settings panel. These give you quick access to other Legistify modules and allow you to manage your account details without leaving the tool.
Here’s a detailed explanation of each feature and how to use them effectively.
App Switch Grid
Click the grid icon in the top navigation bar to open the All Legistify Apps panel. This lists all the modules available under your organisation's subscription:
Litigation Management -- track and manage all your matters, lawyers, budget, hearings, and more
Contract Management -- create and manage your entire contract lifecycle from drafting to final execution
IPR Management -- track, protect, and manage your IP portfolio and receive regular updates
Notice Management -- track and manage all your incoming and outgoing legal notices
Apps that your organisation has not subscribed to appear locked and cannot be accessed.
Setting a Default App
Click the pin icon next to any app to set it as your default. The default app opens automatically each time you log in.
Profile Settings
Click your profile picture or the avatar icon in the top right corner to open the Profile Settings panel. The panel displays your name, work email, and organisation name at the top.
The panel includes the following options:

Access Legistify's referral programme.
My Account
Opens your Profile Details page where you can update your personal and corporate information, including your First Name, Last Name, Designation, Phone Number, Work Email, and Address.
You can also upload a profile picture and an organisation logo. Accepted formats are JPG, GIF, or PNG with a maximum size of 800kB. Click Save to apply any changes.
Logout
Ends your current session and logs you out of the tool.
