"My Counsel" feature in the Litigation Module
The "My Counsel" section in the Litigation Management module is designed to help you efficiently store and manage details of all your external and internal counsel. This feature provides quick access to counsel information, eliminating the need for separate Excel reports. Follow the steps below to set up and manage your counsel information.
Steps to Set Up "My Counsel" for Litigation Management
Navigate to Resources: Start by accessing the "Resources" menu in the Litigation Management module.
Open My Counsel: Select the "My Counsel" option to enter the section where you can manage counsel details.
Select "Add Lawyer": Click on the "Add Lawyer" button to begin entering new counsel information.
Enter Required Information: Complete the necessary fields, including Lawyer Name, Gender, Contact Details, and Email ID.
Save Information: After entering all relevant details, click "Save Changes" to store the lawyer’s information.
By following these steps, you can effectively manage and access your counsel information within the Litigation Management module, thereby enhancing organizational efficiency and improving overall case management.
Filter
The filter functionality enables users to efficiently sort and locate specific counsels. Users can apply various filters based on criteria such as Lawyer Name, City/State, Court, and status filters (e.g., Active and Inactive lawyers, Sorted by Ongoing and Disposed cases, etc.), simplifying the management and retrieval of counsel information as needed.
