Accessing Additional Storage in Codex (Vault)
Additional Storage is now directly accessible from Codex as the Vault. It is enabled by default for all organisations, so no configuration is required.
To use Vault in Codex:
Click the + icon in the Codex prompt bar.
Select From Vault from the menu.
Browse and select the files you want to bring into the current Codex session.
Type your instruction and submit the prompt. Codex will work with the selected Vault files alongside your prompt.
This means you no longer need to download files from Additional Storage and re-upload them to Codex — you can access them directly from within the AI workspace.
Summary
The Additional Storage feature in the litigation module significantly enhances its functionality by offering a secure, flexible, and efficient solution for managing and organising documents. With direct Vault access in Codex, files stored in Additional Storage are now part of your AI workspace, making it faster to analyse, summarise, and work with case materials without switching between sections of the platform.
