Overview
The Courier Section in the Notice module provides a streamlined way to track and manage courier deliveries associated with your notice. This functionality is designed to help you efficiently monitor the status of deliveries without needing to consult external systems or support.
Adding a Courier Delivery
To add a new courier, follow these steps:
Enter Title Name: Provide a descriptive title for the courier delivery. This title should succinctly convey the purpose or contents of the delivery to ensure easy identification.
Select Courier Provider: Choose the appropriate courier service from the dropdown list. This list includes all available courier providers integrated into the platform.
Enter Courier Tracking Number: Input the unique tracking number assigned by the courier provider. This number allows you to trace the delivery's progress.
Submit: Once you have filled in the required details, click the Submit button to save the information. This action logs the delivery details into the system, making them available for tracking and review.
Filtering Courier Deliveries
The filter functionality allows you to narrow down and view specific courier deliveries based on various criteria. This is particularly useful when managing multiple deliveries and needing to quickly locate a particular shipment.
Access Filters: Navigate to the filter options within the Courier Section.
Apply Filter Criteria: Select the criteria you wish to use for filtering, such as date, or status.
View Results: The system will update to display only the deliveries that meet your specified criteria, facilitating a more focused review of the information.
Courier Tracking
The Courier Section enables real-time tracking of deliveries directly within the platform. This feature provides you with essential details, including:
Delivery Status: Monitor the current status of your courier deliveries, such as in transit, out for delivery, or delivered.
Tracking Number: Access the tracking number associated with the delivery for additional reference.
By utilizing these features, you can effectively manage, and track courier deliveries related to your notice, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
