Users can now efficiently transfer trademarks between Self and 3rd Party sections in bulk. This feature simplifies the process of managing and categorizing tracked trademarks based on ownership, ensuring better organization and monitoring.
How It Works:
Select Trademarks for Transfer:
Navigate to your trademark list under the tracking section.
Click on the checkbox next to each trademark you want to transfer.
To move multiple trademarks at once, use the bulk selection option by selecting all relevant checkboxes.
Access Bulk Action Options:
Once trademarks are selected, the Bulk Action menu will appear at the top.
You will see options like Mark as Self and Mark as 3rd Party.
Click on the respective option based on how you want to categorize the selected trademarks.
Understanding the Categories:
Self Section: This section includes trademarks that belong to your organization or law firm, which you are actively tracking for updates, filings, and legal protection.
3rd Party Section: This section is for trademarks that do not belong to your organization but are still being tracked for updates. These could include:
Competitor Trademarks – to monitor their filings and changes.
Opposition Filed Trademarks – to track any legal disputes.
Similar Trademarks – to identify potential conflicts or infringements.
