Your data will be updated daily. Legistify will automatically fetch updates from IP India website for all applications in your tracker everyday, ensuring you never miss any important update.

3. Can I share documents externally with clients or vendors?

Yes, you can share documents externally with your clients or vendors by entering their email ID and name. They will receive the document directly in their inbox.

4. Can I tag my clients on trademarks so they receive update notifications?

Yes, you can add your clients or vendors to each IP you are tracking by clicking the "Edit Watcher" button. They will receive updates directly via email.

5. Can I generate the excel sheet reports for my applications?

Yes, you can generate reports for all tracked applications in either PDF or Excel format.

A- Yes, you can customize your reports. Legistify allows you to tailor reports based on your requirements for the applications in your tracker and download them in Excel or PDF format.

7. Do I need to enter the application number every time I add a new application to the tracker?

No, you don’t need to enter the application number every time. Once you map the keyword or agent code, Legistify’s smart system automatically fetches all newly filed applications from the IP India website using those parameters.
