Context
Trademark filings in India often include documents in regional languages — examination reports, hearing orders, opposition notices, and other official communications. Legistify AI's Translate Files feature allows you to translate any attached document into English or other supported languages, giving you a clear and accurate understanding of the content without relying on external translation services.
How to Translate Trademark Files
Step 1: Go to the Trademark Section
From the left-hand navigation bar, click on Trademark.
Step 2: Find the Relevant Trademark
On the trademark listing page, locate the trademark whose documents you want to translate. Use the search bar or scroll through the list to find it.
Step 3: Open the Trademark Details Page
Click on the trademark to open its details page.
Step 4: Access the Legistify AI Panel
The Legistify AI panel is on the right side of the trademark details page. Click on the Translate Files button at the top of the panel.
Step 5: Select the Document to Translate
A list of documents attached to the trademark will appear. Select the file you want to translate.
Step 6: Choose the Target Language
Select the language you want the document translated into. Supported options include English, Hindi, and other regional languages.
Step 7: View the Translated Document
Legistify AI will process the selected document and display the translated version directly on screen.
