Legistify AI's Translate Files feature allows you to translate any attached document into English or other supported languages, giving you a clear and accurate understanding of the content without relying on external translation services.
How to Translate Notice Files
Step 1: Go to the Notice Management Module
Open the Notice Management module from your Legistify platform.
Step 2: Find the Relevant Notice
On the notice listing page, locate the notice whose documents you want to translate. Use the search bar or scroll through the list to find it.
Step 3: Open the Notice Details Page
Click on the notice to open its details page.
Step 4: Access the Legistify AI Panel
Click the Ask AI button in the top-right corner of the notice details page. The Legistify AI panel will open on the right side.
Step 5: Click Translate Files
Click the Translate Files button in the Legistify AI panel.
Step 6: Select the Document to Translate
A list of documents attached to the notice will appear. Select the file you want to translate.
Step 7: Choose the Target Language
Select the language you want the document translated into. Supported options include English, Hindi, and other regional languages.
Step 8: View the Translated Document
Legistify AI will process the selected document and display the translated version directly on screen.
