The To Do page gives users a centralised space to manage all contract-related actions in one place. It is organised into six sections, each focused on a specific type of activity — making it easy to stay on top of responsibilities and meet contractual deadlines.
Sign Requests
The Sign Requests tab lists all contracts that are pending your e-signature. Users can get an overview of documents awaiting signatures and monitor their signing status. To send a document for e-signing, click the E-sign button directly from this section.
Creation Approvals
The Creation Approvals tab allows users to track contracts where they are required to approve the creation or drafting stage. Users can view all pending creation approvals and take the necessary action from this section.
Sign Approvals
The Sign Approvals tab allows users to track contracts where they are the designated approver for signing. Users can view all pending sign approvals and take action directly from this section.
Contract Obligations
The Contract Obligations tab helps users manage specific contractual commitments and requirements assigned to them. It displays obligation details, creator, assignee, due date, and current status. Users can click Details for a comprehensive view, apply filters to find specific obligations, or click Download to export all obligations.
Contract Tasks
The Contract Tasks tab lists all tasks where the user has been tagged or mentioned. It displays task details including status, creator, assignee, and deadline. Users can click Details to view complete task information and use the filter option to narrow down tasks quickly.
My Queue
The My Queue tab provides a personalised view of all pending tasks and activities across contracts, giving users a clear picture of outstanding commitments. Users can also download an Excel file of all pending items from this section.
