The Notice repository serves as a centralized hub where all notices can be efficiently tracked, stored, and managed. Once a notice is initiated, it is accessible in the repository section. This centralized storage system ensures easy access, organization, and management of notice.
REPOSITORY
The repository page offers a structured view of all notices, displaying key details such as notice title, labels, requester, stage, and ageing. Users can filter and sort notices by these fields, facilitating the quick identification of specific notices.
FEATURES AND FUNCTIONALITY
All: Displays all notices, regardless of their stage (Ongoing, Closed, Archived).
Ongoing: Shows notices that are still open, including those at any stage (1st Reply, 2nd Reply, Negotiation, or Closed).
Closed: Contains notices that have been resolved and closed, typically after negotiation.
