Company Signatories
The "Company Signatories" setting allows users to define and manage the authorized signatories for specific contract types.
This feature helps create rules to define visibility and access rights for particular contract types. Company signatories are users within your organization who are authorized to sign specific contracts.

How to Add or View Company Signatories
Navigate to Settings
Go to the "Settings" menu.
Click on "Company Signatories"
This will take you to a page displaying a list of contract templates along with their assigned company signatories.
View Signatories
Click on the "View" button to see the authorized signatories for a particular template.
Edit Signatories
Click on the "Edit" button to modify the list of signatories. You can select or remove users who are authorized to sign the contract.
After making changes, click "Save Signatories" to update the list.
