Notice Followers
The "Notice Followers" setting allows users to view and manage followers for each notice template. This feature lets you create rules to define visibility and access rights for specific notice types.
Followers are users in your organization assigned to a particular notice template. Depending on the rights provided, these users can view, edit, and receive notifications at each stage of the notice. They can also view and manage only those notices they are following in their repository.
How to Add or View Followers
Navigate to Settings
Go to the "Settings" menu.
Click on "Notice Followers"
This will take you to a page showing a list of notice templates along with their followers.
View Followers
Click on the "View" button to see the followers for a particular template.
Edit Followers
Click on the "Edit" button to modify the followers list. You can select or remove users who are following the notice.
After making changes, click "Save Followers" to update the list.
By following these steps, you can efficiently manage the followers of your notice templates, ensuring appropriate access and notifications for users within your organization.
