The "Followers Setting" in the litigation module is designed to manage who within an organization can follow specific cases. This feature ensures that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive case information and can participate in case management activities.
Followers are users in your organization assigned to a particular case. Depending on the rights provided, these users can view, edit, and receive notifications at each stage of the case. They can also view and manage only those cases they are following in their my cases.
