Managing Archived Cases – View or Restore

The "My Archive" section is designed to help users efficiently manage cases they have manually archived from the "My Cases" page. This feature allows users to view and restore, archived cases as needed. Below are detailed instructions on how to access and manage your archived cases effectively.

Accessing Your Archived Cases

To access your archived cases, follow these steps:

Navigate to My Archive:

  • Go to the "Resources" menu.

  • Select "My Archive" from the options.

View Archived Cases:

  • A page will be displayed listing all your archived cases.

  • You can browse through this list to see all the cases you have archived, including those where you are a second or third party.

Filtering Archived Cases:

  • Click on the "Filter" button to narrow down the list based on specific criteria. This helps you quickly find the cases you are looking for.

Download Archived Cases:

  • To download a report of all archived cases, click the download button.

  • The tool will send the report to your registered email address in CSV format.

    Note that the email will contain a link to the CSV file, which will be valid for 24 hours.

Restoring Archived Cases

To restore an archived case, follow these steps:

Select the Case:

  • Click on the desired case from the list of archived cases. This will open the case detail page.

Restore the Case:

  • In the "Details" section of the case detail page, click the "Restore" button.

  • The case will be moved back to "My Cases," making it active again.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage your archived cases, ensuring easy access and restoration as needed. This feature provides a streamlined approach to maintaining your cases, making it easier to track important cases and their statuses.
