Overview
Archived contracts are stored under the Archived tab in the Repository. A contract enters this state in one of two ways: it is manually archived by a user from the contract page, or it is automatically archived when it expires after a set number of days (based on your organisation's Auto Archive setting). Both types appear in the same list and are labelled accordingly.
How to Access Archived Contracts
Click on Repository from the left-hand navigation bar.
Select the Archived tab from the status filter row at the top.
This displays a list of all archived contracts in your organisation.
Viewing Archived Contracts
The Archived tab shows the following columns: Company's Name, Category, Created At, Created By, Stage, Expiry, and Action.
The Stage column shows whether a contract was Manual Archived or Auto Archived.
Use the Filter icon to narrow down the list by specific criteria. Use the Download icon to export the list. Toggle between grid and list view using the icons in the top-left corner of the list.
Click any contract row to open the full contract details page.
Restoring an Archived Contract
1. From the Archived tab, click on the contract you want to restore.
2. On the contract details page, scroll to the Template Details section.
3. Click the Restore button.
4. A confirmation prompt will appear: "Are you sure you want to restore this contract to all contract section?"
5. Click Submit to confirm. The contract will be moved back to the Repository and become active again.
6. Click Cancel to close the prompt without making any changes.
Deleting an Archived Contract
From the Archived tab, tick the checkbox next to the contract you want to delete. You can select multiple contracts at once.
A bulk action toolbar will appear at the top of the list showing the number of selected contracts.
Click the Delete Contracts (trash) icon in the toolbar.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Deleted contracts are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Conclusion
The Archived tab gives you a clear view of all contracts that are no longer active, whether archived manually or by the system. Restoring a contract returns it to the Repository with its history and details intact, while deleting removes it permanently.
