This page is designed to help you efficiently manage and track your cases by presenting crucial details in one place. Here’s a breakdown of the key features and how you can navigate through them.

  • Filing Date: The date the case was officially filed.

This information serves as a quick reference to identify all parties involved in the legal matter and their respective roles.

Orders and Hearings

If any orders have been issued or hearings scheduled for the case, you can view them in this section. These are essential updates that help you stay on top of critical developments:

Orders:

  • This displays any judgments, rulings, or directives issued by the court. These documents are crucial for understanding the legal decisions that affect your case.

  • If you wish to download copies of the orders and judgments, simply click on the Download button. This action allows you to save these documents for your records or further review.

Hearings:

On the top-right corner of the page, you will notice a three-dots icon (⋮). This action menu gives you two options to manage your case:

  • Add Case to Tracker: This option allows you to add the case into your my case section, making it easier to monitor progress and access it quickly from your tracker list.

  • Remove Case from List: If a case is no longer relevant to you and you don't want it to appear in your My Cases section, you can remove it from the list.

  • Map to Existing Case: If you wish to map this case to any of your manually entered cases, you can use this option to link them for better tracking and organization.
