Keyword Matching

This feature identifies trademarks based on keyword similarity. Enter relevant keywords to find trademarks that match or closely resemble your own, ensuring you can spot potential infringements easily.

Phonetic Matching

This tab finds trademarks based on phonetic similarity. It helps detect trademarks that sound similar to yours, even if spelled differently, broadening your scope of protection.

Image to Image

This tool identifies cases where your image or logo is visually similar to other images. It is essential for protecting the visual aspects of your trademark.

Recently Filed Trademarks

By clicking the "Recently Filed" button, you can check for potential trademarks filed within the last seven days. This feature helps you stay updated on new filings that might conflict with your trademarks.

Latest Journal Publications

The "Latest Journal" button allows you to view trademarks published in the last three journals. This ensures you are aware of the most recent trademarks entering the public domain, providing an edge in monitoring new entries.

Class-Specific and Cross-Class Analysis

To compare your trademark with potential threats, click the highlighted button in the image section. This will provide a detailed comparison between your trademark and the threat marks, enabling you to assess the level of risk accurately.
