Adding Trademarks in the IPR Module
To streamline the process of managing trademarks, follow these detailed steps to add them efficiently:
Click on the "Add Mark" Button
Begin by locating and selecting the "Add Mark" button on your interface. This button is typically found in the main navigation menu or under the trademark management section.
Choose an Option
Upon clicking the "Add Mark" button, you will be presented with three distinct methods for adding trademarks:
Application Number: To add trademarks individually, enter the specific trademark application number into the designated field. Ensure that the application number is accurate to facilitate proper tracking.
Agent Code: Input the agent code associated with the trademarks you wish to add. Additionally, specify the date range for which you want to include trademarks. For instance, you might choose a period from January 1, 2024, to May 30, 2024. This method is useful for bulk-adding trademarks managed by a particular agent within a specified timeframe.
Bulk Upload: For adding multiple trademarks at once, download the sample file provided in the interface. Populate this file with the application numbers of the trademarks you wish to add. Once completed, upload the file using the designated upload area. This method allows for efficient bulk addition of trademarks.
Deleting Individual Trademarks
Navigate to the Trademarks Section: Start by going to the Trademarks section of your account.
Select the Trademark: Click on the specific trademark you wish to delete. This action will take you to the trademark's details page.
Locate the Delete Button: On the top right corner of the details page, you will find the "Delete" button.
Delete the Trademark: Simply click on the "Delete" button to remove the trademark. Refer to the accompanying image for a visual guide.
Deleting Multiple Trademarks
Navigate to the Trademarks Page: Access the Trademarks section from your account dashboard.
Select Multiple Trademarks: On the Trademarks page, you can select multiple trademarks by checking the boxes next to each trademark you wish to delete.
Find the Delete Button: Once multiple trademarks are selected, the "Delete" button will appear on the same page.
Delete Selected Trademarks: Click on the "Delete" button to remove the selected trademarks.
