Deadline Manager Feature

The Deadline Manager feature is designed to help you stay on top of crucial trademark deadlines.

When the status of any tracked trademark application changes to "opposed" or "objected," the tool will automatically create tasks and set calendar events to ensure you never miss important actions.

Key Features of the Deadline Manager

Automatic Task Creation
When a trademark’s status updates to “objected” or “opposed,” the system will automatically generate specific tasks and reminders:

  • Objected Status: A task labelled "Examination Report Submission" is created, and it will appear in your calendar. For instance, if the status is marked "objected" today, the task will be scheduled 30 days from today.

  • Opposed Status: A task labelled "Counter Statement/Affidavit to File" is created and added to your calendar. For instance, if the status changes to "opposed" today, the task will be scheduled for 60 days from today.

Calendar Integration for Efficient Tracking
All tasks generated will show up on the tool’s calendar, enabling you to view deadlines in various formats (monthly, weekly, or daily). This calendar view allows you to monitor tasks in one place and effectively manage deadlines according to priority.

Timely Reminders
The tool will also send reminders to ensure you’re notified in advance of the task due dates. These reminders help keep your workflow uninterrupted and your trademark applications on track.

Note : User can manage their alert frequency by clicking on "Settings" >> Email Alert >> Alert on Pending Task Reminder >> Use the dropdown to change the frequency.

With the Deadline Manager, you can streamline your workflow by automatically managing crucial deadlines and receiving consistent updates through both tasks and calendar reminders.
