Understanding Email Alerts

The Email Alerts section allows users to manage notifications for various activities within the litigation module. Here, users can:

  • View pre-configured alerts.

  • Toggle alerts on or off.

  • Adjust alert settings according to their preferences.

The litigation module offers seven distinct alerts to keep users informed and organized. Below is a detailed explanation of each alert available in the Alert Section:

New Cases Discovered Alerts:

Receive notifications when new cases relevant to your criteria are identified. This alert ensures you stay updated with the latest case developments without the need for manual searches. The alerts are received at an estimated time which is 8 AM-10 AM

Hearing Reminder:

Get reminders for upcoming hearings. These alerts help you prepare adequately and ensure no important dates are missed. The alerts are received at an estimated time which is 10 PM-11:30 PM

Cause List Hearing Alert:

Stay informed about hearings listed on the cause list. This alert provides timely updates, helping you keep track of scheduled hearings. The alerts are received at an estimated time which is 6 AM-8 AM

Task Reminders:

Receive reminders for tasks related to your cases. These alerts ensure that you stay on top of your to-do list and manage your responsibilities efficiently. The alerts are received at an estimated time which is 10 AM-12 PM

Lawyers Engagement Email Alerts:

Get notifications when lawyers are engaged for your cases. This alert keeps you informed about the legal representation for your matters. The alerts are received at an estimated time which is 11 AM-1 PM

Case Explorer Delete Case For All:

Be notified when a case is deleted from the Case Explorer. This alert helps you maintain accurate records and stay aware of changes in your case database.

Daily Case Digest Alert:

Receive a daily summary of case activities. This digest includes updates on Consolidated hearing updates, Judgments from the past 15 days, Court orders from the last 24 hours, Ex-party cases, and Cases disposed of in the past 15 days, providing a comprehensive overview of your litigation activities. The alerts are received at an estimated time which is 06 AM-7:30 PM

Steps to Set Up Email Alerts

Access the Email Alerts Section

  • Navigate to the litigation module and select the β€œSettings” menu.

Go to Email Alerts

  • Click on Email Alerts

View Available Alerts:

  • Understand the list of available alerts to their purpose and relevance.

Toggle Alerts On or Off:

  • Toggle the switches to each alert to enable or disable notifications as per your preference.

Adjust Alert Settings:

  • Customize the notification frequency, Number of days, and other preferences.

Save the Alert:

  • Click "Save Alert" to finalize the setup.

  • Toggle the switch to "On" to activate the new alert.
