Header Section (Fixed Section)
At the top of the page, you'll find:
Search Bar: Quickly search for specific cases via title, case number, & court name.
Next-Gen AI Assistant: Access intelligent tools to analyze case data.
Notification Bell: Stay updated with alerts for:
New listings, hearings, orders, judgments, or cases.
Case disposals for tracked cases.
Case View Filters
Directly below the header, there are tabs to filter cases based on keywords associated with your organisation. These keywords include:
Primary Keywords: Your company name (e.g., "ABC Bank").
Secondary Keywords: Related terms such as director names, subsidiaries, or other business-specific keywords.
Each tab displays the number of cases associated with that keyword, making it easy to narrow your focus.
Monitoring New Cases
The New Cases section automatically updates to include cases filed within the last 90 days that match your predefined keywords. This ensures no manual input is needed to track relevant cases.
Managing Cases
You can take action on cases directly from the New Cases section. Each case listed includes a three-lines button (⋮) on the right, providing the following options:
1. Add Cases
Single Case: Tap the three-lines button and select Add to include the case in your tracking list.
Multiple Cases: Select multiple cases and choose Add Cases to Workspace to start tracking them in the My Cases section.
2. Delete Cases
Single Case: Tap the three-lines button and select Delete to remove the case permanently.
Multiple Cases: Select multiple cases and choose Delete Cases to maintain a focused repository.
Exploring the New Cases Detail Page
Each case can be further examined on its Detail Page, which offers a comprehensive view of case information:
Case Information
Case Number: Unique identifier for the case.
Case Title: Parties involved in the matter.
Filing Date: Date of official filing.
Date of Registration: Date the case was registered on the court's website.
Case Stage: Current phase (e.g., pre-trial, hearing, judgment).
Parties Involved
Plaintiff: Initiator of the lawsuit.
Defendant: Entity being sued.
Third Parties: Additional relevant participants, such as witnesses or co-defendants.
Hearings
Scheduled and Past Hearings: View hearing dates, purposes (e.g., Preliminary Argument), and judge information (e.g., Sub Judge Katra).
Documents (Docs Tab)
Access court-issued documents, including judgments, rulings, or directives, to stay informed about key legal decisions.
Action Menu on the Detail Page
At the top-right corner of the New Cases Detail Page, you'll find the three-dots icon (⋮) for quick case actions:
Add Case to Tracker: Include the case in your My Cases section for ongoing monitoring.
Remove Case from List: Exclude irrelevant cases from your list to maintain clarity.
