Search Option
The Litigation App includes an enhanced search functionality designed to quickly and accurately locate case information. Users can search using a variety of criteria, including case number, CNR (Case Reference Number), title, court, and more.
Accessing the Search Bar
Locate the Search Bar:
The search bar is prominently placed at the top of the app interface, ensuring accessibility from any page. Its strategic positioning allows for quick initiation of searches whenever needed.
Process for Conducting a Search
Enter Search Criteria:
You can search using any of the following:Case Number: Retrieve specific details about a case.
Court Name: Filter results by the jurisdiction or court name.
Party Name: Search for cases involving specific individuals or organizations.
CNR (Case Reference Number): Use the unique reference number to directly locate the relevant case.
Execute the Search:
After entering the desired criteria in the search bar, press the Search button or icon on your app Keyboard.
The system processes your input and displays results matching the entered criteria.
Reviewing Search Results:
The results will be displayed in a list format below the search bar.
Key information like case numbers, titles, court names, and stages will be shown to help you identify the correct case.
Accessing Case Details:
Select the desired case from the search results to view comprehensive details.
This includes case documents, judgments, updates, and the current case status.
Legal Gen-AI
Legal Gen-AI refers to the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, particularly generative AI, to automate, assist, and enhance various legal tasks and processes. These technologies utilize large language models (LLMs) and advanced AI techniques to provide innovative solutions for legal professionals.

Notification (Bell Icon)
The Notification feature, represented by the bell icon in the Litigation Management Tool (LMT) App, ensures you stay updated on important case-related activities and developments. Below is a detailed guide on how to make the most of this feature.
1. Unread Notifications
Unread notifications indicate new updates that have not yet been reviewed. These notifications are marked with a blue dot, making them easy to identify.
Steps to View Unread Notifications:
Click on the bell icon to open the notification panel.
Look for notifications marked with a blue dot on the left-hand side.
Click on any unread notification to view its details. The blue dot will disappear after the notification is read.
2. Listings
This section provides updates on the current case listings, giving you essential information about cases scheduled for hearings or actions.
Steps to Access Listings Notifications:
Open the notification panel by clicking on the bell icon.
Select the “Listings” tab.
Review the notifications for details about case listings.
3. Hearings
Stay informed about upcoming or scheduled hearings with notifications in this section.
Steps to Access Hearings Notifications:
Open the notification panel.
Navigate to the “Hearings” tab.
Check for updates on scheduled court hearings.
4. Orders
Get notified about orders related to your cases, such as court directives or administrative updates.

Open the notification panel.
Slide the tabs to the left to reveal the "Orders" tab.
Go to the “Orders” tab.

5. Judgments
Keep track of the outcomes of court proceedings through notifications in this section.

Open the notification panel.
Click on the “Judgments” tab.
Review notifications for details about case judgments.
6. New Case
This section notifies you about newly registered cases matching your keywords or criteria.
Steps to Access New Case Notifications:
Open the notification panel.
Select the “New Case” tab.
Review notifications to stay updated on newly registered cases.
7. Disposed
Stay informed about cases that have been disposed of or closed, along with their resolution status.
Steps to Access Disposed Notifications:
Open the notification panel.
Slide the tabs to the left to reveal the "Disposed" tab.
Go to the “Disposed” tab.

App Switch Button
The App Switch Button enables seamless navigation between various apps offered by Legistify, such as Litigation Management, IPR Management, and Contract Management.
How to Switch Between Apps:
Locate the 'L' Button Icon:
Found in the bottom section of the Litigation App.
Open the Drop-down Menu:
Tap on the 'L' button, and a menu will appear listing all the available apps.
Select Your Desired App:
Click on the app you wish to switch to.
Note: Apps not subscribed by your organization will be locked and inaccessible.
