Overview
The bell icon in the top navigation bar gives you access to all notifications related to your cases. Notifications are organised into tabs by category, making it easy to find updates relevant to your work. A red dot on the bell icon indicates that you have unread notifications.
Here’s a detailed guide on how to use the notification system effectively:
Accessing Notifications
Click the bell icon in the top navigation bar to open the Notifications panel.
Notification Tabs
The panel is divided into the following tabs:
All Displays every notification across all categories in a single view.
Unread Shows only notifications you have not yet read. Unread notifications are marked with a blue dot. The dot disappears once you click on the notification.
Listings Shows updates on currently listed cases, including case numbers, court details, and party names.
Hearings Shows updates on upcoming or scheduled hearings for your cases.
Orders Shows notifications related to court orders and other case directives.
Judgements Shows notifications for judgements issued on your cases.
New Case Shows newly registered cases matching your tracked keywords. Each entry displays the case number, court, party names, and current stage.
Disposed Shows cases that have been disposed of or closed.
Conclusion
The notification panel keeps you informed about every significant development across your cases without requiring you to navigate away from your current page. Checking the Unread tab regularly ensures that no critical update is missed.
