Overview

The search bar in the Litigation Management Tool gives you quick access to Codex AI prompts, your recent searches, and recently viewed cases. It is accessible from any page within the tool and updates automatically as you use it.

To make the most of this feature, follow the detailed steps below:

Accessing the Search Bar

Click the search bar at the top of the interface.

Codex AI Suggestions

When you open the search bar, a Try Asking Codex section appears with ready-made prompts, including:

  • Upcoming hearings and conflicts

  • Dormant cases and stalled matters

  • My week at a glance

  • Stuck cases and accountability

Click any prompt to run it directly in Codex.

Recent Searches

The search bar displays your most recent searches, such as case numbers, CNR numbers, or court names you have previously looked up. Click any entry to re-run that search instantly without re-entering the criteria.

Recently Viewed

Below recent searches, the search bar shows the last few case records you opened. Each entry displays the case type, case number, and party names. Click any entry to return directly to that case record.

Conclusion

The search bar brings together your Codex prompts, search history, and recently viewed cases in one place, reducing the time spent navigating to frequently accessed records. For more on Codex AI, refer to the Legistify Codex article in the Help Centre.
