The AI processes the selected document and displays a clear summary based on the legal content directly on your screen.

Understanding Your AI-Generated Document Summary

The AI-generated document summary provides a structured and detailed overview, extracting crucial information from the chosen legal document. While the specific sections will vary based on the document type, you can expect a concise summary highlighting:

  • Key Facts: Important factual information relevant to the document's content.

  • Legal Arguments: Summaries of legal points, claims, or defenses presented.

  • Parties Involved: Identification of relevant parties mentioned in the document.

  • Context: The central legal or factual issues addressed in the document.

  • Relevant Dates: Any significant dates mentioned within the document.

Additional Features on the Document Summary

Once your document summary is generated, you will notice two additional helpful buttons on the top right part of the summary panel: Regenerate Summary and Download.

1. Regenerate Summary

The "Regenerate Summary" button allows you to re-run the AI summary generation process for the selected document. This is useful if you believe the initial summary missed a crucial detail or if the document itself has been updated.

2. Download

The "Download" button enables you to export the entire AI-generated summary for offline access or sharing. This feature is sharing concise document insights with colleagues or clients who may not have direct access to the platform. The summary is downloaded as a PDF document.

Key Benefits for Legal Teams

  • Save Time, Stay Updated: No need to sift through lengthy legal documents. Get a complete understanding in minutes.
