Click on the case name to enter its dedicated view.

4. Use Ask AI on the Case Page

The Ask AI section is available by default on the case details page, allowing you to start asking questions immediately.

5. Ask Your Question

Type your question directly into the Ask AI input box or choose from the predefined questions shown.

6. Review the Answer

Ask AI analyzes the case documents and responds instantly with a clear, concise answer based on the content of the files.
