Search, preview, and access court judgements from across India, and use AI to quickly translate and summarise judgement content.

Overview

Find Judgement Copies allows you to search and access court judgements from Indian courts across PAN India. Access over 10 million court judgement copies from 10,000+ Indian courts from the last 50 years. The feature enables users to review, download, preview, and understand judgement content more efficiently using built-in AI capabilities.

1. Accessing Find Judgement Copies

  1. Go to the Research section from the left menu.

  2. Click on Find Judgement Copies.

You will be redirected to the Judgement Copies dashboard.

2. Searching for Judgement Copies

From the Judgement Copies dashboard, you can search for judgements in multiple ways:

  • Use the search bar to search for judgements using keywords, case details, or court information.

  • Search using specific criteria such as:

    • Case No. / CNR

    • Title

    • Judge Name

    • Court Name

    • Date of Order

You can also browse and access judgements directly from the dashboard list.

3. Judgement Copies Dashboard

The dashboard displays a list of judgements along with key details, including:

  • Case number

  • Complainant and respondent names

  • Judge name

  • Court name

  • Date of order

From the dashboard, you can take actions on judgements without opening the full document.

4. Actions Available on the Dashboard

For each judgement listed, you can:

  • Download the judgement

  • Preview the judgement

  • Use Ask AI to work with judgement content

Using Ask AI from the dashboard, you can:

  • Translate judgement files

  • Summarise judgement files

These options help you quickly understand judgement content before opening it in detail.

5. Viewing Judgement Details

To view the full judgement, click on a specific entry from the dashboard. This opens the judgement detail view, where you can read the judgement content.

The Ask AI panel is open by default, allowing you to immediately use AI-powered actions while reviewing the judgement.

6. Using Ask AI with Judgement Copies

Ask AI helps you work with judgement documents more efficiently by reducing the effort required to read and interpret lengthy legal text.

Translate Files

1. Click Translate Files.

2. Select the judgement file you want to translate.

3. Choose a language from 25+ available languages.

The judgement is translated instantly, making it easier to review content in your preferred language.

Summarise Files

1. Click Summarise Files.

2. Select the judgement file.

A concise summary is generated, helping you quickly understand the key points of the judgement.

Case Summary

Click Case Summary to generate an AI-powered overview of the case associated with the judgement, including key details, status, and important outcomes.
