How to Use Ask AI on a Notice
Step 1: Go to the Notice Management Module
Open the Notice Management module from your Legistify platform.
Step 2: Find the Relevant Notice
On the notice listing page, locate the notice you want to query. You can scroll through the list or use the search bar to find it by title, unique ID, meta fields, trail, or activity.
Step 3: Open the Notice Details Page
Click on the notice to open its details page. You will see key information such as the party name, party type, counter party details, notice number, notice summary, and current stage.
Step 4: Access the Legistify AI Panel
Click the Ask AI button in the top-right corner of the notice details page. The Legistify AI panel will open on the right side.
Step 5: Ask Your Question
Type your question directly into the Ask Legistify AI input box at the bottom of the panel. Alternatively, click on any of the Suggested Questions shown to use a predefined prompt relevant to the notice.
Step 6: Review the Answer
Legistify AI will analyse the available documents and data for that notice and respond with a clear, accurate answer. You can continue the conversation by asking follow-up questions in the same session.
