Legistify AI lets you interact with contract documents and data through a simple conversational interface. You can either type your own question or choose from a set of predefined suggested questions relevant to the contract you are viewing.
You can ask questions such as:

How to Use Ask AI on a Contract
Step 1: Go to the Contract Management Module
Open the Contract Management module from your Legistify platform.
Step 2: Find the Relevant Contract
On the contract listing page, locate the contract you want to query. You can scroll through the list or use the search bar to find it by title, unique ID, Contract ID, or any associated metadata.
Step 3: Open the Contract Details Page
Click on the contract to open its details page. You will see key information such as the contract title, stage, parties involved, expiry date, and associated documents.
Step 4: Access the Legistify AI Panel
Click the Ask AI button on the contract details page. The Legistify AI panel will open on the right side.
Step 5: Ask Your Question
Type your question directly into the Ask Legistify AI input box at the bottom of the panel. Alternatively, click on any of the Suggested Questions shown to use a predefined prompt relevant to the contract.
Enhanced Context for Richer Responses
Contract Ask AI supports additional context sources beyond the opened contract. When composing a query, you can bring in resources from across your contract workspace to generate smarter outputs. Available context sources include:
Vault — Access files stored in your Additional Storage directly within the AI session.

Step 6: Review the Answer
Legistify AI will analyse the available documents and data for that contract and respond with a clear, accurate answer. You can continue the conversation by asking follow-up questions in the same session.
You can also click View Chats to access previous conversations on that contract.
