Overview
When you download a report from the Litigation Management Tool, you automatically receive an AI-Powered Analysis Report alongside your standard Excel or CSV file. This report transforms your raw case data into meaningful insights without any manual effort, giving your legal team a richer picture of your litigation portfolio every time you run a download.
How to Download a Report
You can trigger an AI Analysis Report from any supported MIS section — for example, My Cases.
Go to My Cases (or any other supported section such as New Cases, Litigation Search, or Custom MIS).
Click the Download icon at the top-right of the case list.
A dropdown will appear with two options — PDF and Excel. Select either to initiate the download.
Once triggered, both the standard MIS report and the AI Analysis Report will be sent to your registered email address.
What You Receive in the Email
You will receive an email from Legistify containing two reports:
My Cases Report (Excel) — your complete case data including case type, court, status, parties, and key dates in one structured file.
AI Analysis Report (PDF) — a smart read of your MIS data with key trends, risks, and clear next steps explained in plain language.
Click the download button next to each report in the email to save it to your device.
AI Analysis Highlights
The AI Analysis Report covers four key areas:
Actionable Insights — converts raw data into clear, prioritised actions your team can execute immediately.
Trend Detection — identifies patterns across case types, courts, and timelines to surface what matters most.
Risk Identification — flags high-risk matters, upcoming deadlines, and potential exposure areas proactively.
Faster Decisions — summarises key portfolio metrics so leadership can review and act without deep-diving into every case.
Conditions for the Feature to Work
The AI Analysis Report is generated automatically when both of the following conditions are met:
Your account has sufficient AI credits available. 10 AI credits are deducted each time an AI Analysis Report is generated. If credits are insufficient, you will receive an informational attachment highlighting the benefits of the feature instead of the full report.
The AI MIS feature is enabled for your organisation. Contact your KAM to enable or disable this setting.
