Overview
When you download a report from the Notice Management Tool, you automatically receive an AI-Powered Analysis Report alongside your standard PDF or CSV file. This report transforms your raw notice data into meaningful insights without any manual effort, giving your legal team a richer picture of your notice portfolio every time you run a download.
How to Download a Report
You can trigger an AI Analysis Report from any supported MIS section in the Notice Management Tool — for example, Notice MIS, Custom MIS, or the Repository.
Go to the supported section (Notice MIS, Custom MIS, or Repository).
Click the Download icon at the top-right of the list.
A dropdown will appear with download options. Select your preferred format to initiate the download.
Once triggered, both the standard report and the AI Analysis Report will be sent to your registered email address.
What You Receive in the Email
You will receive an email from Legistify containing two reports:
Notice Repository Report (PDF) — your filtered notice data including type, parties, stages, dates, and key fields in one structured file.
AI Analysis Report — a smart read of your MIS data with KPIs, trends, risks, and strategic recommendations explained in plain language. Available on LegisTrak.
Click the download button next to each report in the email to save it to your device. Download links are valid for up to 24 hours.
AI Analysis Highlights
The AI Analysis Report covers four key areas:

Conditions for the Feature to Work
The AI Analysis Report is generated automatically when both of the following conditions are met:
Your account has sufficient AI credits available. 10 AI credits are deducted each time an AI Analysis Report is generated. If credits are insufficient, you will receive an informational attachment highlighting the benefits of the feature instead of the full report.
The AI MIS feature is enabled for your organisation. Contact your KAM to enable or disable this setting.
