When you download a report from the Contract Management Tool, you automatically receive an AI-Powered Analysis Report alongside your standard Excel file. This report transforms your raw contract data into meaningful insights without any manual effort, giving your legal and commercial teams a richer picture of your contract portfolio every time you run a download.
How to Download a Report
You can trigger an AI Analysis Report from any supported MIS section in CMT.
Go to the relevant section in the Contract Management Tool.
Click the Download icon at the top-right of the contract list.
Select your preferred format to initiate the download.
Once triggered, both the standard MIS report and the AI Analysis Report will be sent to your registered email address.
What You Receive in the Email
You will receive an email from Legistify containing two reports:
Contract View Report (Excel) — your contract portfolio export including selected columns, contract metadata, stages, and key dates in one structured file.
AI Analysis Report (PDF) — a smart read of your contract MIS data with key trends, risks, and clear next steps explained in plain language.
Click the download button next to each report in the email to save it to your device.
AI Analysis Highlights
The AI Analysis Report covers four key areas:
Actionable Insights — converts raw contract data into clear, prioritised actions your legal and commercial teams can execute immediately.
Trend Detection — identifies patterns across contract types, stages, values, and timelines to surface what matters most.
Risk Identification — flags high-risk contracts, upcoming expiries, missing metadata, and potential exposure areas proactively.
Faster Decisions — summarises key portfolio metrics so leadership can review and act without deep-diving into every contract.
Conditions for the Feature to Work
The AI Analysis Report is generated automatically when both of the following conditions are met:
Your account has sufficient AI credits available. 10 AI credits are deducted each time an AI Analysis Report is generated. If credits are insufficient, you will receive an informational attachment highlighting the benefits of the feature instead of the full report.
The AI MIS feature is enabled for your organisation. Contact your KAM to enable or disable this setting.
