Understanding Email Alerts
Email Alerts is a section where users can find pre-listed alerts for different activities. Users can view these alerts, toggle them on or off, and adjust their settings. Additionally, users can create new alerts or add alerts for users in specific departments.
Steps to Set Up Email Alerts
Access Settings
Navigate to the "Settings" menu.
Go to Email Alerts
Click on "Email Alerts”.
Enable Alerts
Toggle the switches to "On" or "Off" for specific pre-listed alerts, such as comments, e-signing expiry, and contract expiry.
Assign Alerts to Roles
Click on "Add Alerts to Role."
Assign basic alerts to a department within your company.
Create New Alerts
Click on "Create Alerts" to set up new notifications.
Select the relevant contract template for the alert.
Choose the contract target field that will trigger the alert.
Save the Alert
Click "Save Alert" to finalize the setup.
Toggle the switch to "On" to activate the new alert.
