Understanding the "My Queue" Section in the Litigation Module
The "My Queue" section in the litigation module functions as a crucial tool for managing and approving cases before they are added to the "All Cases" section. This feature ensures that all cases undergo a verification process, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of case records.
There are two options available in the "My Queue" section:
My Approval: If the user is a checker, they will see in the "My Approval" section the cases that the maker wants to add to their "My Cases" section. These cases will be pending approval, already approved, or rejected by the checker.
My Created Cases: If the user is a maker, they will see in the "My Created Cases" section the cases they want to add to their "My Cases" section.
Key Functions and Use Cases:
Maker-Checker Process
The "My Queue" section operates on a maker-checker principle, which is essential for quality control in case management. Here’s how it works:
Submission: When a legal team member (the maker) wants to add a new case to the "All Cases" section, the case will automatically move into the "My Queue."
Review and Approval: The case is then reviewed by an authorized person (the checker) who verifies the details and approves the case.
Final Addition: Upon approval, the case is moved from the "My Queue" to the "All Cases" section, making it officially part of the case records.
Manage Approvals
The "My Queue" feature allows users to efficiently manage and create approvals for cases. This includes:
Viewing Pending Cases: Easily access and review all cases awaiting approval.
Approving or Rejecting Cases: Make informed decisions to approve or reject cases based on their details and relevance.
Tracking Approval Status: Monitor the status of each case in the queue, ensuring timely processing and reducing delays.
How to Use "My Queue"
To effectively utilize the "My Queue" feature, follow these steps:
Submit a Case: Legal team members submit new cases to the "My Queue" for review.
Review the Case: Authorized personnel review the case details, ensuring all necessary information is included and accurate.
Approve or Reject: Based on the review, the case can be approved and moved to the "All Cases" section or rejected for further refinement.
Track Status: Continuously monitor the status of cases in the "My Queue" to ensure timely approvals and updates.
Filter
In the "My Queue" section, the user can check the Approval Flow Status, which means how many cases are pending, approved, and rejected.
