Overview

The To-Do section is a centralised workspace that brings together your Calendar, Tasks, and My Queue in one place. It is accessible by clicking the clipboard icon in the top navigation bar. A tooltip confirms: "Click here to view your To Do including Calendar, Task, My Queue."

At the top of the To-Do section, three summary cards display the current count for each tab:

  • Calendar — total scheduled hearings and activities

  • Tasks — total tasks assigned to or created by you

  • My Queue — total cases pending your action

Click any card to switch to that tab.

Calendar

The Calendar tab gives you a consolidated view of all hearings and case-related activities scheduled across your portfolio. It displays both upcoming hearings and tasks linked to specific dates.

Each entry is labelled by type:

  • Hearing — shows the case title and court details

  • Activity — shows task-related events linked to cases

Use the view toggle in the top-right corner to switch between:

  • Month — a monthly overview of all scheduled events

  • Week — a week-by-week breakdown

  • Day — a detailed view of events for a specific day

  • List — a chronological list of all upcoming events

Use the left and right arrows to navigate between dates. The current month and year are displayed at the top of the calendar.

Tasks

The Tasks tab displays all case-related tasks in a single list, allowing you to track and manage pending work across your entire caseload without opening individual case pages.

Each task entry shows:

  • Task Title

  • Description

  • Assigned To

  • Deadline

  • Status

Use the toggles at the top to filter tasks:

  • Created by me — tasks you have created

  • Assigned to me — tasks assigned to you by others

You can use the column filter icon to customise which columns are displayed, and the pagination controls to navigate through the full task list.

My Queue

The My Queue tab displays all cases that are pending your action as part of an approval workflow. It gives approvers a single place to review and act on cases without navigating to each one individually.

Each entry shows:

  • Case Details — case title and case number

  • Case Type

  • Complainant

  • Respondent

  • Filing Details

  • Approval Flow Status — shows the current approval level and type (e.g. Level-1, Type-ETH)

  • Actions — approve, reject, or open the case

Use the filters at the top to narrow down the list:

Type

  • My Approval — cases where your approval is required

  • Created by me — cases you have submitted for approval

Status

  • Pending — cases awaiting action

  • Approved — cases that have been approved

  • Rejected — cases that have been rejected

Click the approve icon to approve a case, the reject icon to reject it, or the open icon to view the full case details page.

Conclusion

The To-Do section keeps all your pending work — hearings, tasks, and approval queues — in one place. Instead of navigating across multiple sections to stay on top of your workload, you have a single view that helps you prioritise and act efficiently across your entire litigation portfolio.
