Overview
The Insights page is a visual dashboard that gives you a complete view of your contract portfolio in one place. It is organised into four tabs — Overview, Risk & Renewals, Pipeline & Approvals, and Team & Operations — each focused on a specific area of contract management.
Every widget on the page includes AI-generated insights that surface contextual observations and recommended actions based on your data. You can refresh the dashboard at any time using the Refresh Data button in the top right corner.

Get an eight-quarter total for broader context.
Contract Age Profile
This chart segments active contracts by how long they have been in the system, across age buckets of 0–3 months, 3–6 months, 6–9 months, 9–12 months, and more than 1 year.

Highlight contracts older than one year that need close tracking.
Avg. TAT by Template Type (Days)
This chart shows the average creation-to-execution turnaround time for each contract template.
It helps you identify which templates are taking the longest to close so you can target them for process improvements such as pre-approved clauses or standard terms.
AI insights in this section help you:
Identify the template with the longest average turnaround.
See how many templates are represented in the current view.
Stamp Wallet Consumption (by Issuing State)
This chart shows stamp wallet debits from your organisation ledger, grouped by the issuing state on linked stamp requests. Each row displays the total INR debited and the number of transactions for that state.
It helps you track stamp spend across regions and compare it against procurement volume.
AI insights in this section help you:
Identify the largest spend bucket by state.
Understand whether the date filter is active or all historical data is included.
Contract Signing Status
This table lists all contracts that have been sent for e-signature, showing the contract title, awaiting and signed counts, the date sent, and the current status (Sent or Completed). Summary counts for total awaiting, signed, and total signers are shown at the top of the table.
The table covers up to 500 rows, ordered newest first, and includes all dates unless a filter is applied.
AI insights in this section help you:
Flag large awaiting counts that may need follow-up on outstanding signers.
Identify declined or expired rows that may require workflow fixes.
