Let's understand the features and usage of the Search Bar within our platform, a tool designed to help users efficiently locate contracts and search for specific keywords within executed contracts.
Features -
Finding Contracts
Easily locate contracts by entering Contract IDs, Unique IDs, or any associated metadata fields. This feature streamlines the search process, saving time and enhancing efficiency.
How to Find Contracts:
Navigate to the search bar.
Ensure the "Search Contract Language" toggle is off.
Enter contract-related information (e.g., Contract IDs, Unique IDs, or any associated metadata fields).
A dropdown will appear, listing all contracts related to the entered details.
Select the desired contract from the dropdown.
The contract page will open upon selection.

In-Document Search
Efficiently filters executed contracts in the repository using specific keywords within the contract text. This allows users to quickly locate relevant sections within contracts, making it easier to find and analyze specific information.
How to Use In-Document Search:
Navigate to the search bar.
Enable the "Search Contract Language" toggle.
A guideline page will be displayed to help you optimize your search.
Enter the desired keyword.
A list of contracts containing the keyword, along with mentions in the contract, will be shown on the left side.
On the right side, the selected contract will be displayed with highlighted keywords for easy identification.
View the number of times the keyword is found in the contract and use the up and down arrows to navigate through each mention.
You can view the desired contract directly from this page or download the contract as needed.
