How to Access the Design Details Page
1. Login: Sign in to your account.
2. Navigate to Designs: Go to the Designs section of your account.
3. Select a Design: Click on any design listed. This action will redirect you to the Design

Information Available on the Design Details Page
The Design Details page includes the following information:
Design Number:
Description: The unique number assigned to the design application.
Usage: Use this number for reference in legal documents and communications.
Filing Date:
Description: The date on which the design application was filed.
Usage: Verify the filing date for recordkeeping and reference.
Design Class:
Description: The class under which the design is classified.
Usage: Understand the category of goods or articles associated with the design.
Article Name:
Description: The name of the article to which the design pertains.
Usage: Identify the specific item that the design application covers.
Journal Number:
Description: The number of the journal in which the design was published.
Usage: Refer to this journal for detailed publication information.
Journal Date:
Description: The date on which the design was published in the journal.
Usage: Verify the publication date for reference and recordkeeping.
CBR Number:
Description: The CBR (Certificate of Registration) number assigned to the design.
Usage: Use this number for reference in legal documents and official communications.
CBR Date:
Description: The date on which the CBR was issued.
Usage: Verify the registration date for recordkeeping and reference.
Status:
Description: The current status of the design application (e.g., pending, registered, expired).
Usage: Monitor the progress and current standing of your design application.
Images:

Criticality:
Description: User can add the criticality level of the design.

Follower Management:

Applicant Details:
Description: Name and address of the applicant.
Usage: Check the details of the applicant for verification and contact purposes.
Ancillary Section:
The Ancillary section provides customizable space for supplementary case details:
Customize Fields: Users can create their fields in the Ancillary Details Section.
Additionally, it can be also available once the user downloads the master MIS.
Document Section:
Manages all Design related documents securely:
Document Storage: Organizes any documents that are not available on the IP India website you can upload any Designrelated document in the section.
Download and Sharing: Users can download documents individually or collectively in PDF format. Automatic email updates can also be configured.
Send Externally: If the user wants to send all documents to our email ID, they can use the "send externally" button and mention their email ID, then submit. The tool will send an email with document links.
Please note that the download link is valid for only 24 hours.
Tasks Section:
Tracks and manages assigned tasks to internal and external users:
Task Overview: Displays task statuses and progress, enabling efficient task management and collaboration.
Task Assignment: The user can assign a task by clicking on the "Add Task" button by filling in the simple details such as Task Type, Due date, and Assignee name.
Timeline Section:
Timeline Overview: The user can check all the events related to their particular Design with the date stamp and easily download the same by clicking the download button.
Courier Section:
Tracks courier deliveries relevant to the case:
Courier Tracking: Monitors delivery status directly within the platform, including essential details like provider and tracking number.
Additional Tips
Verify Details: Regularly review the Design Details page to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
Monitor Status: Keep an eye on the status to stay informed about any changes or updates regarding your Design application.
